When you start volunteering with CARF, you will get all the training and support that you need to do your role.

Everyone begins with an introduction into the organisation, finding out about our aims and principles and all the work that CARF does.  We will show you how to use our computer systems and support you whilst you learn to use them.

In return, we expect our volunteers:

• to follow guidelines and policies, such as health and safety, equalities and IT
• to be a full member of our team
