As a Client Adviser, you will provide high-quality advice across a range of topics, helping clients understand their options and empowering them to take action to resolve their issues. You will manage your own caseload, ensure accurate case recording and work in line with CARF’s policies, procedures and quality standards.
You will maintain and develop your knowledge and skills across key areas of advice, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, contribute positively to the wider team, and demonstrate a commitment to CARF's vision, values and objectives.
